Donaldson Co (NYSE: DCI) reported its FQ4 net income at $0.65 per share, up from $0.30 per share, in the year-ago quarter. The company posted its revenue at $515.2 million, up from $421.3 million, in the year-ago period. However, the analysts expected the company to post its earnings at $0.64 per share on revenue of $498.9 million. DCI’s shares gained 0.37% to $43.04 in after-hours trading.
Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) has agreed to pay $55 million to the US government in settlement of claims of defrauding the General Services Administration, according to the Justice Department. HPQ’s shares fell 0.16% to $38.50 in pre-market trading.
Winn-Dixie Stores Inc (NASDAQ: WINN) posted its Q4 net income at $0.25 per share, up from $0.17 per share, in the year-ago period. The company’s revenue rose 1.8% y/y to $1.75 billion. However, the analysts expected the company to report its earnings of $0.15 per share on revenue of $1.79 billion. WINN’s shares rose 0.12% to $8.03 in the after-hours trading session.
